Definitions

  • CLIENT: Means a client of DFLabs.

When will DFLabs send notices to you?

  • a) Security breach. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system, DFLabs will notify you as required by law. If the security breach directly affects you, then DFLabs will notify you as soon as possible and then inform you of the actions we take in response.
